1 · ChestWrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping it level.
2 · SleeveFrom the centre back of your neck, over the shoulder, down to the wrist bone.
3 · No tape?Lay your best-fitting jacket flat, measure armpit to armpit and double it. Compare with “Jacket chest”.
